Which quality should I choose?
“Highest quality” is the sharpest file Instagram offers, often in the VP9 format. If it will not play on an older phone, a Windows PC or in an editing app, choose “Most compatible”, which is H.264. “Smaller file” saves storage and data.
Why is my Reel saved without sound?
Some Reels have no sound, and some use music that Instagram does not provide in every country. Nabfox saves what Instagram gives our server: if there is no sound, the video is offered without it and no MP3 is offered.
Can I download Instagram photos or Stories?
Not yet. Nabfox saves public Reels and video posts. Photo posts, carousels, Stories and posts from private accounts are not supported.
How do I choose another format or quality?
A recommended format is selected for you. To pick a different one, open “Change format” below the download button.
Is it free? Do I need an account or an app?
It is free, with no ads, no sign-up and nothing to install. It runs in the browser on iPhone, Android and computers.
Where is the file saved on iPhone?
Safari saves it in the Downloads folder of the Files app. To move a video or photo into Photos, open it in Files, tap Share, then Save Video or Save Image.
Where is the file saved on Android?
Chrome saves it in the Downloads folder. You can open it from the Files app, and videos and photos usually show up in your gallery as well.
Why did my Instagram link fail?
The post may be private, deleted, age-restricted or visible only to signed-in users, or Instagram may be turning requests away for a while. Check that the link opens in a private browser window, then try again.
How long are my files kept?
A prepared file is deleted automatically after about 30 minutes. Tracking codes are removed from the link you paste, and no account or profile is created.
