Privacy
This notice describes how Nabfox handles data. We use our Umami service to measure page visits, interface language, device information and tool events such as parsing, file preparation and download attempts. We do not send pasted links, video titles, files, task credentials, email addresses or feedback messages to Umami. Analytics URLs exclude query parameters and fragments; external referrers are reduced to their origin. Analytics does not use cookies and respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. A download event does not confirm that a file was saved.
To handle a task, the service temporarily stores the submitted video URL, source metadata, task status and prepared file. Share tracking parameters are removed. Feedback stores your message and optional email.
Task data and files normally expire after 30 minutes; a prepared file gets a fresh 30-minute window. Cleanup runs every 30 seconds while the service is running. Expired task records are deleted after 24 hours. Feedback is retained for up to 30 days.
Encrypted feedback backups are retained for up to 7 additional days.
Aggregate counts track parsing success, processing time, download starts and resource use. These counters do not contain video URLs or email addresses. A download start does not confirm a completed transfer.
Your browser stores a language preference locally and the current task in session storage. Clearing site data removes these. Video previews may connect directly to TikTok / YouTube’s media servers and reveal your IP to them.
