“Highest quality” is the sharpest file Facebook offers, often in the AV1 or VP9 format. If it will not play on an older phone, a Windows PC or in an editing app, choose “Most compatible”, which is H.264. “Smaller file” saves storage and data.
Some videos have no sound, and Facebook mutes videos whose music it may not play. Nabfox saves what Facebook gives our server: if there is no sound, the video is offered without it and no MP3 is offered.
fb.watch short links only open for people who are logged in to Facebook, and Nabfox never logs in. Open the video in Facebook, use Share → Copy link and paste that link instead. Private videos, groups and Stories are not supported for the same reason.
A recommended format is selected for you. To pick a different one, open “Change format” below the download button.

Chrome saves it in the Downloads folder. You can open it from the Files app, and videos and photos usually show up in your gallery as well.
The post may be private, deleted, age-restricted or visible only to signed-in users, or Facebook may be turning requests away for a while. Check that the link opens in a private browser window, then try again.
A prepared file is deleted automatically after about 30 minutes. Tracking codes are removed from the link you paste, and no account or profile is created.
