Safari saves it in the Downloads folder of the Files app. To move a video or photo into Photos, open it in Files, tap Share, then Save Video or Save Image.
Chrome saves it in the Downloads folder. You can open it from the Files app, and videos and photos usually show up in your gallery as well.
The post may be private, deleted, age-restricted or visible only to signed-in users, or Instagram may be turning requests away for a while. Check that the link opens in a private browser window, then try again.
A prepared file is deleted automatically after about 30 minutes. Tracking codes are removed from the link you paste, and no account or profile is created.
